played a lot on 1.7 recently, game definitely feels a lot better and closer to how it should be. saying that, there are still flaws mid to late game. war AI sucks, though there is no snowballing, kingdoms also make little progress in war time. mods like improved garrisons and diplomacy help with some of the grind, but there are still flaws It's a tuff choice because campaign gives you a big jump in power early (via brother) and a much bigger clan. I don't 'like' the main quest (or finish it) and would rather start as sandbox, but it's undeniable the advantages of siblings from campaign. Campaign: Brother with many good perks available. he has 160ish stewardship so you party size Is Warband Mount and Blade worth playing in 2021? It's on sale for like $3 on PSN but the graphics look incredibly dated. The premise looks very interesting though. The rest is speed/handling. Maces need a buff, but they are good against armor. You just have to find the right Axe really, you can find one with comparable cut dmg. In RBM the best Axe has even more cut dmg than the best sword and Axes/Maces are better unless you have a very high sword skill. Exactly, you butcher them with Fians from a distance, move your cav to flank the enemy (while also massacring enemy cav personally+with cav). If the enemy turns to face the cav then they get butchered by Fians, if they don't you charge them with the cav and order the fians to retreat, then turn to fire once they have made distance. Even for the main public brancch you are not going to know if save games will work with a new update. If you're ready to restart often - go beta. If you want to play long campaign with more or less stable rules - stay on 1.0. I like beta so far, seems like they fixed a lot of stuff and XP/leveling is no longer a chore. awardedindirector A review of Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord from an average gamer Hello everyone. This is going to be very long. I apologize but I believe I must tell you some stuff up front. Also English is not my main language. SHOULD YOU BUY IT: Only on one condition. 1- You loved Warband as it was. With its almost* every detail. Start with Warband, it's better in pretty much every way. It's less of a sequel, more of an expandalone. Less bugs, better looking everything, new faction, and multiplayer. The original is worth playing, but mostly for classic mods that weren't ported to Warband. elektrisko. Vay Tiền Nhanh Ggads.
